All copper oxygen lift check valve

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

The all copper oxygen lift check valve is made of silicon brass or stainless steel with excellent material. It has the advantages of high mechanical strength, wear resistance and good safety. Used on oxygen pipeline, it has explosion-proof and flame-retardant performance and eliminates unsafe factors on oxygen pipeline. It is applicable to systems such as oxygen pipe network as one-way valve to stop flow and check, such as oxygen enrichment system to prevent cold air backflow and nitrogen and oxygen from cascading in slag splashing furnace.

PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS

1. The valve is generally suitable for clean media, not for media containing solid particles and high viscosity.

2. The valve bushing is made of special materials with good wear resistance and low friction coefficient, with flexible and reliable action and excellent sealing performance.

3. The valve has the advantages of novel structure, small volume, light weight, small fluid resistance, stable opening and closing, long service life, oil pressure and slow closing are not affected by media, and has good energy-saving effect.

4. The valve can be installed at the outlet of the water pump to avoid water hammer, water hammer sound and destructive impact, so as to prevent countercurrent and protect equipment.
