PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The special copper fixed ball valve for oxygen belongs to the special valve for oxygen pipeline. In addition to the characteristics of ordinary valves, it is made of high-quality copper or stainless steel, and has the advantages of corrosion resistance, good flame retardant performance, good conductivity and fast heat transfer. It is designed with anti-static and fire-resistant structure, and all parts are strictly degreased during assembly. The valve body and other parts are made of high-quality silicon brass, pickled, passivated, inspected and tested. The high-pressure sealing test is carried out with pure tap water without any grease. The leakage test is carried out with 0.6MPa gas, and the valve has no leakage; After special process treatment, this kind of ball valve not only has fast and convenient operation, small flow resistance, safety and reliability, but also has long service life (small flushing of sealing pair).
PRODUCT FEATURES
1. All parts shall be degreased strictly during assembly.
2. In addition, the long-term sealing of sealing grease makes the operation more flexible.
3. A conductive spring is arranged between the valve rod and the valve body and between the valve rod and the ball, which has a fireproof and antistatic structure.
