PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The electric gate valve is equipped with a multi rotary electric actuator by the gate valve body to make the valve plate move up and down in a straight line, realize the remote control of the valve position switch and cut off or connect the pipeline medium. The electric device is equipped with torque control mechanism, field operation mechanism and manual and electric switching mechanism. In addition to local operation, it can also carry out remote operation, PLC control, 4 ~ 20mA current input and output intelligent control, etc. The valve is a control component for cutting off and connecting the medium flow by driving the ram to move vertically along the channel axis. In the process of use, the valve must be fully open or fully closed and cannot be used to regulate the flow.
STRUCTURE AND CHARACTERISTICS
1. The material selection is exquisite, in line with relevant standards at home and abroad, and the overall quality of the material is high.
2. It meets the requirements of advanced standards at home and abroad, with reliable sealing, excellent performance and beautiful appearance.
3. The matching of sealing pairs is advanced and reasonable. The sealing surfaces of gate and valve seat are made of Stellite cobalt based cemented carbide with different hardness. They have reliable sealing, high hardness, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, good scratch resistance and long service life.
4. The valve rod has good corrosion resistance, scratch resistance and wear resistance after quenching and tempering and surface nitriding treatment.
5. Wedge type elastic ram structure is adopted, thrust bearing is set in medium and large diameter, with small friction force, and manual impact, so it can be opened and closed easily.
6. Various piping flange standards and flange sealing surface forms can be adopted to meet various engineering needs and user requirements.
