 PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Flanged fluorine-lined gate valves are suitable for piping with corrosive media. Stem nuts and gate plates are two-part construction with no sticking. High process lining is used inside the valve and in all parts where the valve contacts the media. They are suitable for Aqua regia, sulphuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid and various organic acids in various concentrations from -50 to 150 C, strong oxidizer, FEP.It is also suitable for pipelines with various concentrations of strong alkali organic solvents and other corrosive gases and liquid media. It is widely used in water plant, power plant, chemical industry, food, paper making, medicine and other industries.


STRUCTURAL CHARACTERISTICS

1. The inner chamber and gate of valve body and bonnet, the outer surface of valve stem and other components which are in direct contact with the medium, all lined with fluoroplastics such as FEP (F46);

2. The sealing pair is composed of FPF (F46)/ FEP (F46) or other materials with small friction coefficient and low opening and closing torque.

3. PTFE (F4) standard filler is used as filler with good sealing performance and convenient maintenance and replacement.

4. The gate with elasticity can compensate the wedge angle deviation between the sealing surface of the gate and the sealing surface of the valve seat. It has good agreement and ideal sealing effect.

5. The medium can pass through the gate valve in any direction from both sides, which is suitable for the hoist on the pipeline whose direction of the medium may change.
