PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Pneumatic fluorine lined diaphragm valve is composed of diaphragm valve and pneumatic actuator. It takes compressed air as power to regulate the flow of fluid medium in process pipeline. Because the valve body with corrosion-resistant lining and corrosion-resistant diaphragm are adopted in the structure, there is no stuffing box structure, the throttling element is elastic diaphragm, and the flow channel of the valve body is smooth, the valve has the advantages of small resistance, large flow, no external leakage, convenience, reliability, fire and explosion prevention. It is widely applicable to the flow regulation of strong acid, strong alkali, strong corrosion, high viscosity, granular, fibrous and toxic and non polluting media in industrial automation system.
PRODUCT FEATURES
1. The composite diaphragm separates the inner cavity at the lower part of the valve body from the inner cavity of the valve cover and forms a DC channel with it, so that the valve stem, valve disc and other internals at the upper part of the diaphragm are completely isolated from the medium, the packing sealing structure is omitted, and the internal leakage of the medium can be avoided at the same time;
2. The diaphragm made of FEP fluoroplastic and synthetic rubber and the valve with Teflon fluoroplastic lining layer can be applied to various highly corrosive media except "molten alkali metal and elemental fluorine".
3. As an actuator, the diaphragm is prone to fatigue fracture due to frequent opening and closing. It should be replaced regularly according to the working conditions, media and characteristics.
