PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Pneumatic diaphragm sleeve regulating valve is commonly used in automatic control system. It adopts double sealing structure and is composed of multi spring pneumatic diaphragm actuator and low flow resistance fine small sleeve regulating valve body. The multi spring actuator has low height, light weight and simple equipment. The flow passage of the fine and small valve body is s-streamlined, which has the advantages of good stability, not easy to produce vibration, low noise, low temperature sensitivity, compact structure, light weight, sensitive action, small pressure drop loss, large valve capacity, accurate flow characteristics, convenient maintenance and so on. It can be used in harsh working conditions. The valve is especially suitable for occasions with low leakage requirements and large pressure difference before and after the valve.
PRODUCT FEATURES
1. The balanced valve core (sleeve guide) structure is adopted, with small axial unbalanced force, large allowable differential pressure and good stability.
2. The sleeve has strong interchangeability, convenient disassembly and easy maintenance.
3. The all metal valve core structure is suitable for a variety of working occasions and reaches the level IV leakage standard.
4. The valve body is designed into a constant cross-section low flow resistance channel according to the principle of hydrodynamics, with large adjustable range, inherent adjustable ratio and increased rated flow coefficient.
5. The actuator adopts multi spring structure, which reduces the height and weight.
