PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The double guide shut-off valve adopts top guide structure and is equipped with multi spring actuator. The utility model has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, sensitive action, s-streamline fluid channel, small pressure drop loss, large valve capacity, convenient disassembly and assembly, etc. The shut-off valve receives the signal from the regulating instrument to cut off, open or change the medium flow direction to achieve automatic control of process parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature or liquid level. It is widely used in production process automatic control and remote control systems in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, light industry, textile and other industrial departments.
This series of products have film type and piston type. The valve body structure includes single seat, sleeve and double seat (two position TEE). The sealing forms include packing seal and bellows seal. The nominal pressure grades of products include PN10, 16, 40 and 64, and the nominal diameter range is DN20 ~ 200mm. The applicable fluid temperature ranges from - 60 ℃ to 450 ℃. The leakage level is level IV or level VI. The flow characteristic is fast open.
PRODUCT FEATURES
1. The shut-off valve adopts a multi spring actuator and is connected with the regulating mechanism with three columns. The whole height can be reduced by about 30% and the weight can be reduced by 30%.
2. The valve body is designed into a constant cross-section low flow resistance channel according to the principle of hydrodynamics, and the rated flow coefficient is increased by 30%.
3. The sealing part of the valve internals has two types: tight type and soft seal. The tight type is surfacing cemented carbide, and the soft seal type is made of soft material. It has excellent sealing performance when closed.
4. The balance valve trim improves the allowable differential pressure of the shut-off valve.
5. The bellows sealing type forms a complete seal on the moving valve rod, eliminating the possibility of medium leakage.
6. Piston actuator has large operating force and large differential pressure.
