PRODUCT OVERVIEW
High pressure differential - high performance angle control valve shall be used at the joint with high medium viscosity, easy crystallization, suspended particles and 90 degrees bend. Because the angle control valve has no dead angle, it is easy to purge, simple maintenance and wide application. Single seat or balanced sleeve disc can be used, and multi-stage regulation can also be applied in some high-pressure differential occasions. Multi spring pneumatic diaphragm mechanism or electric actuator can be selected.
PRODUCT FEATURES
1. The valve is a right angle rotary structure, which is composed of V-shaped valve body, pneumatic actuator, positioner and other accessories; It has a natural flow characteristic of approximate equal percentage ratio; It adopts double bearing structure, small starting torque, excellent sensitivity and induction speed; Super shear capacity.
2. The pneumatic piston actuator uses compressed air as the power source to drive the crank arm to rotate 90 degrees through the movement of the piston, so as to make the valve open and close automatically. Its components are: adjusting bolt, actuator box, crank arm, cylinder block, cylinder shaft, piston, connecting rod and cardan shaft.
3. Working principle: pneumatic control valve is composed of actuator and regulating mechanism. The actuator is the thrust component of the regulating valve. It generates the corresponding thrust according to the control signal pressure to promote the action of the regulating mechanism. The valve body is the regulating part of the pneumatic regulating valve. It is in direct contact with the regulating medium to regulate the flow of the fluid.
