PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The self operated nitrogen sealing valve (i.e. nitrogen sealing device) is mainly used for the constant control of nitrogen pressure on the top of the storage tank. The self operated nitrogen sealing valve takes the spring as the power core and uses the pressure of the regulated medium to control the position change of the valve core, so as to achieve the purpose of automatic adjustment and stable pressure, so as to protect the materials in the tank from nitriding and the safety of the storage tank. The valve consists of zzyvp quick relief valve and zzv self operated micro pressure regulating valve. The quick relief valve is composed of pressure controller and zmq-16k single seat shut-off valve.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
When the pressure in the tank rises to the set pressure, the quick relief valve opens quickly to release the excess pressure in the tank. When the pressure in the tank decreases, the micro pressure regulating valve opens the valve and fills the tank with nitrogen. Since the micro pressure regulating valve must be used under the pressure of 0.1MPa and the site pressure is high, zzyp pressure regulating valve must be installed to reduce the pressure to less than 0.1MPa. The nominal pressure is 0.1MPa, the pressure can be set in sections, from 0.5kpa to below 66 kPa, and the medium temperature is ≤ 80 ℃.
PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS
1. Without additional energy, it can work without electricity and gas, which is convenient, energy-saving and cost-effective.
2. The nitrogen sealing device is convenient for nitrogen supply and nitrogen discharge pressure setting, and can be carried out under the condition of continuous operation.
3. The pressure detection diaphragm has large effective area, small set spring stiffness, sensitive action and balanced operation.
4. No packing design is adopted, with small friction force on the valve rod, rapid response and high control precision.
5. The nitrogen supply device is operated by a commander, the decompression ratio can reach 100:1, the decompression effect is good and the control precision is high.
6. The setting range of nitrogen pressure is wide, ranging from 0.5kpa to 1000kPa, and the ratio is high;
7. The adjustable pressure detection diaphragm has large effective area, small set spring stiffness and very sensitive action.
