PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The electric straight through single seat regulating valve is composed of DKZ series straight stroke electric actuator and straight through single seat valve. It is powered by single-phase AC 220V power supply, receives 0 ~ 10mA or 4 ~ 20mA DC signal, and automatically controls the opening of the regulating valve to achieve continuous regulation of process parameters such as fluid pressure, flow and liquid level in the pipeline. The product has the characteristics of sensitive action, convenient access to energy and rapid signal transmission. It is widely used in industrial automatic control systems such as electric power, metallurgy, chemical industry, light textile and so on.
DESIGN FEATURES
1. The valve body is a constant cross-section low flow resistance channel designed according to the principle of hydrodynamics, and the rated flow coefficient is increased by 30%.
2. The adjustable range is large, the inherent adjustable ratio is 50, and the flow characteristics have straight line and equal percentage.
3. The plug of the electric sleeve regulating valve is provided with upper and lower pressure equalizing holes, with small unbalanced force, good valve stability, strong sleeve interchangeability and large differential pressure.
4. The regulating cut-off type adopts soft sealing structure valve core, which reaches class VI leakage standard (zero leakage).
5. The servo amplifier adopts deep dynamic negative feedback, which can improve the automatic adjustment accuracy.
6. There are many forms of electric operators, which can be applied to 4 ~ 20ma.dc or 0 ~ 10ma.dc.
7. The electronic electric regulating valve can directly control the valve opening by current signal without servo amplifier.
8. The bellows sealed regulating valve forms a complete seal on the moving valve stem to prevent fluid leakage.
