PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Electric butt welding hard seal butterfly valve adopts three eccentric structure. This valve is designed to be an ideal hard seal butterfly valve with bubble seal in high temperature, high pressure and fire protection applications. Due to the welding structure, the plane of the valve and the pipeline reaches permanent zero leakage. The welded butterfly valve has no flange, which brings great convenience to the thermal insulation and binding of the pipeline. It is widely used in thermal power, petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, metallurgy, food, medicine, light textile, papermaking and other industries. It can be installed on industrial pipe networks with temperature ≤ 425 ℃ and medium such as gas, air, steam, water, seawater and oil products for regulating flow and cutting off medium.


PRODUCT FEATURES

1. Compact structure, small volume, light weight, flexible operation and convenient use;

2. It adopts three-dimensional eccentric elastic or multi-level hard sealing structure, with reliable sealing performance and zero leakage;
