Product overview
The valve seat of electric high-performance butterfly valve adopts PTFE or metal stainless steel sealing material, which is mainly suitable for gas transportation and process media with high requirements for valve life, including steam transportation. It can also be used for special media, such as chlorine, oxygen, high vacuum, sulfur resistant or corrosive media, with AC 220V and 380V power supply voltage as driving power, The operation can be controlled by receiving the (4 ~ 20mA) voltage and current signal output by the industrial automation instrument control system.
STRUCTURAL DESIGN
The electric high-performance butterfly valve has fireproof structure, and the connection mode can be wafer type or lug type single flange for large pipe diameter and pipeline through terminal. The valve seat is designed with movable inserts outside. The tighter the flange clamp is, the greater the pressure resistance, and the better the sealing performance. It is convenient and simple to replace the valve seat. The valve seat can be taken out by removing the inserts without dismantling the valve plate and valve shaft. The double eccentric butterfly plate with spherical sealing surface and single flexible lip seal seat are adopted, which is suitable for occasions requiring reliable sealing and good adjustment characteristics, Due to the design of double eccentric butterfly plate, it has tight sealing performance and long service life. It can be used to quickly cut off or adjust the flow.
Performance characteristics
1. There is no need to add O-rings and metal parts to assist the seal.
2. The lip seal structure can compensate for the changes of temperature and pressure on the valve.
3. There is almost no friction during sealing to ensure less torque and better sealing.
4. Lip seal structure can compensate for temperature and pressure changes.
5. Long service life and small maintenance; Two way bubble free seal.
6. The valve seat does not contact the butterfly plate when it is opened and in the middle position.
7. There are no wear points at the upper and lower parts of the valve seat, the torque is low, and the requirements for the operating mechanism are small.
