PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Explosion proof electric wafer butterfly valve is a kind of explosion-proof valve specially used for flammable and explosive gas, liquid, dust and other media. The equipment is subject to anti-static treatment. The protection grade is generally ip65.67.68, and the explosion-proof grade is Exd Ⅱ BT4 or cT4. According to the different medium temperature, different sealing forms are selected, which are divided into metal seal and soft seal structure. Switch type or regulating explosion-proof electric butterfly valve can also be selected according to the needs of working conditions (input 4 ~ 20mA current signal control to adjust the flow). It plays an indispensable role in the field of modern industrial automation control. STRUCTURAL PRINCIPLE

The structural principle of explosion-proof electric wafer butterfly valve is to enclose all parts of the equipment that may ignite explosive media in a shell, and its shell can withstand the internal explosion of combustible media penetrating into the shell through any joint surface or structural gap of the shell without damage. The flameproof enclosure separates the internal space of the equipment from the surrounding environment. When it explodes, the shell can withstand the generated explosion pressure without damage. At the same time, the shell structure gap can cool the flame, reduce the flame propagation speed or terminate the acceleration chain, so that the flame or dangerous flame products can not pass through the explosion-proof gap and ignite the external explosive environment, so as to achieve the purpose of explosion-proof.
