PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Pneumatic three eccentric hard seal butterfly valve is composed of hard seal butterfly valve, pneumatic actuator and triple parts. The valve body of hard seal butterfly valve is an integral casting, and the butterfly plate adopts multi-level hard seal to ensure the tightness of the valve. The sealing surface of the flow channel adopts Stellite surfacing, which has the characteristics of temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and so on. It is especially suitable for pipes of heat transfer oil, gas, steam, slightly corrosive gas and liquid, and various temperature media. With compressed air as the power, by receiving the industrial signal (4 ~ 20mA) output from the industrial instrument, push the valve rod to drive the rotating disc plate to rotate (0-90 °) at any angle to complete the switching and regulation of medium flow.
PRODUCT FEATURES
1. The butterfly plate adopts three eccentric multi-level sealing structure, and the sealing surface adopts Stellite surfacing. The valve seat and butterfly plate are almost free of wear when opening and closing. It has the sealing function of closing and tightening.
2. With two-way sealing function, it is not limited by the flow direction of media during installation. It has good wear resistance and erosion resistance for some special medium pipelines.
3. The sealing ring is made of stainless steel, which has the dual advantages of metal hard seal and elastic seal. It has excellent sealing performance, corrosion resistance and long service life under low and high temperature.
4. The sealing surface of butterfly plate adopts surfacing cobalt based cemented carbide, which is wear resistant and has long service life
5. The large-size butterfly plate adopts quilted frame structure, with high strength, large overflow area and small flow resistance.
6. The pneumatic device can be installed in multiple stations (rotating 90 ° or 180 °), which is convenient for users.
