PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Pneumatic flange center line butterfly valve is mainly composed of medium line soft seal butterfly valve and pneumatic actuator. The butterfly valve flow channels are fully lined with elastic rubber, and the disc plate is made of stainless steel. The contact surface between the disc plate and the seal is finely ground to ensure smoothness. When the butterfly valve is closed or opened, the disc plate is close to the elastic rubber without gap, with reliable sealing. It is especially suitable for pipelines with clear water, sewage, gas, gas and other media. The valve is powered by compressed air and receives (4 ~ 20mA) industrial signals. The valve rod is pushed by the actuator to drive the disc plate to rotate (0-90 °) for any opening adjustment to complete the switching and adjustment of the valve. It is widely used for water supply and drainage in water plants, power plants, steel mills, papermaking, chemical industry, catering and other systems as regulation and cut-off.
