PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Pneumatic UPVC butterfly valve, also known as pneumatic plastic butterfly valve, has good corrosion resistance, sanitary and non-toxic materials, wear resistance, easy disassembly and simple maintenance. A new series of at and aw pneumatic actuators are adopted, which are powered by compressed air and input 4 ~ 20mA current signal for flow control and regulation. It is widely used in many fields, such as general pure water and raw drinking water pipeline system, drainage and sewage pipeline system, brine and seawater pipeline system, acid-base and chemical solution system and so on.
PRODUCT FEATURES
1. The hygienic indexes meet the requirements of hygienic standards, and the content of heavy ions in the medium reaches the standard of ultrapure water;
2. With strength and toughness, the pipe wall is clean and smooth, and has small friction resistance and adhesion when transporting fluid;
3. It has excellent chemical corrosion resistance, and the flame retardant performance is self extinguishing;
4. Light weight, equivalent to 1 / 5 of steel pipe and 1 / 6 of copper pipe. Low heat conductivity, about 1 / 200 of steel;
5. Excellent aging resistance and UV resistance make the normal service life much longer than that of other pipeline systems.
