PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The pneumatic high-performance butterfly valve has a unique product structure, floating seat design, and automatically adjusts the seat position according to the direction of the pressure source, so as to achieve the pressure holding sealing effect on both sides of the valve and increase the service life of the valve seat. The valve shaft is specially designed to prevent the fluid from entering the valve shaft and causing the valve shaft to jam. Different materials and properties can be selected according to different working conditions. PTFE, rtfe, peek, metal and other materials are adopted for the valve seat. Pneumatic high-performance butterfly valve is suitable for petrochemical, oil refining, air separation, CDA and other working conditions.
The valve is widely used for the transmission of liquid and gas (including steam) in various industrial pipelines. It can also be used for special media, such as oxygen, high vacuum, sulfur resistant or corrosive media. The product can also have fireproof structure for selection. The connection mode can be wafer type or lug type single flange design for large pipe diameter and pipeline through terminal.

4. Valve strength shall comply with ASME B16.34 and API 598;
5. The full diameter has passed the fire test provisions of API 607;
6. Leakage of metal valve seat shall comply with ANSI FCI 70-2-2003 Table 1 class IV;
7. The valve shaft escape complies with EPA method 21 test;
8. The connection modes are wafer type and single flange type.
