PRODUCT OVERVIEW
DIN standard Y-type bellows stop valve is a new type of stop valve. Because the valve is of double sealing design, the sealing performance has more reliable advantages than ordinary stop valve. It is widely used in hot oil system, steam system, cold and hot water system, etc. The performance is safe and reliable. The design of bellows seal eliminates the shortcomings of rapid aging and easy leakage of ordinary valve stem, which not only improves the energy efficiency, increases the safety of production equipment, reduces maintenance and frequent maintenance, but also provides a clean and safe working environment.
PRODUCT FEATURES
1. The valve body flow passage of Y-type bellows stop valve is a direct flow structure. The fluid resistance of this structure is smaller than that of the straight through structure. It can speed up the medium flow rate, reduce the pressure loss and reduce the energy loss at the same time. It is especially suitable for the medium with viscosity and easy agglomeration.
2. The valve body adopts German coated sand casting technology, which greatly improves the surface finish and mechanical properties of the valve body, reduces the occurrence of pores, sand holes and cracks, and enhances the tensile strength of the casting.
3. When the valve is closed, the conical sealing surface with "scraping effect" can automatically remove surface impurities, which can ensure reliable sealing and longer service life of the valve disc.
4. Double sealing design (bellows + packing), in line with international sealing standards.
5. All bellows pass helium test and all valves pass standard test to ensure zero leakage.
6. Products above DN150 are equipped with special devices to effectively prevent the valve from shaking, noise and internal parts damage during use, and the service life is effectively increased by more than 150%.
7. Various valve disc designs can be provided according to working conditions, such as throttling valve disc, stop check valve disc, etc.
