PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The sealing element of the extended bellows stop valve is titanium, which is a high-temperature and corrosion-resistant material. It is added to the bellows to form a re seal, which is one more seal than the traditional bellows stop valve, forming three layers of seals, and the performance is more safe and reliable. Bellows stop valve is widely used in petrochemical industry, chemical fiber textile, plastic paper, electric power steel, printing and dyeing rubber, natural gas and other gases. Its performance is safe and reliable. It is widely used in industrial fluids such as ethylene glycol. The design of bellows seal eliminates the shortcomings of rapid aging and easy leakage of ordinary valve stem, which not only improves the energy efficiency, increases the safety of production equipment, reduces maintenance and frequent maintenance, but also provides a clean and safe working environment.
PRODUCT FEATURES
1. Bellows protective space design: the bellows is sealed in a closed space and is not directly affected by medium, pressure and temperature.
2. The bellows with long length, multiple walls, torsion resistance and long service life completely refresh the opening and closing life of domestic bellows, up to 10000 times.
3. The valve body adopts German coated sand casting technology, which greatly improves the surface finish and mechanical properties of the valve body, reduces the occurrence of pores, sand holes and cracks, and enhances the tensile strength of the casting.
4. When the valve is closed, the conical sealing surface with "scraping effect" can automatically remove surface impurities, which can ensure reliable sealing and longer service life of the valve disc.
5. Double sealing design (bellows + packing), in line with international sealing standards.
6. 100% of all bellows pass helium test and 100% of all valves pass standard test to ensure zero leakage.
7. Products above DN150 are equipped with special devices to effectively prevent the valve from shaking, noise and internal parts damage during use, and the service life is effectively increased by more than 150%.
8. Various valve disc designs can be provided according to working conditions, such as throttling valve disc, stop check valve disc, etc.
