PRODUCT USE

Pneumatic two-piece ball valve is composed of fine and small pneumatic actuator and stainless steel two-piece internal thread ball valve. The ball valve is made of stainless steel material and silica sol. The pneumatic two-piece ball valve is composed of two parts of valve body, and the interface threads at both ends are screwed and locked. The valve seat adopts Teflon elastic sealing structure, which has the practicability of easy opening and closing and reliable sealing. It is especially suitable for pipelines with water, steam, oil, and other media. Use compressed air as power to receive (4 ~ 20mA) industrial signal, drive the valve rod to drive the ball center to rotate to complete the opening and closing and adjustment of the valve. It is widely used in automatic regulation and remote control systems in food, medicine, chemical industry, petroleum, electric power, textile and other industries.

5. The fluid resistance is small, and its resistance coefficient is equal to that of the pipe section with the same length. 7. The structure is simple, the sealing ring is generally movable, and it is convenient to disassemble and replace. When fully open or fully closed, the sealing surface of the ball and valve seat shall be isolated from the medium to avoid erosion of the valve sealing surface.
