PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Pneumatic fluorine lined ball valve is a common anti-corrosion and acid resistant valve in modern industry. It is composed of pneumatic actuator and fluorine lined ball valve. The fluorine lined ball valve can be divided into floating type and fixed type. The flow passage, ball center and all parts in contact with the medium are fully lined with tetrafluoro, which has good corrosion resistance and acid-base resistance. It is especially suitable for pipelines with media such as sulfuric acid, strong acid, aqua regia, concentrated acid, strong alkali, liquid chlorine, liquid ammonia and so on. The compressed air is used as the power to receive (4 ~ 20mA) industrial signals to drive the valve stem to rotate and drive the opening of the ball center to complete the opening and closing and adjustment of the valve.
PRODUCT FEATURES
1. The flow passage, ball center and all parts in contact with the medium of fluorine lined ball valve are fully lined with high technology Teflon. It has reliable corrosion resistance, aging resistance and acid-base resistance.
2. The inner channel of fluorine lined ball valve is smooth, the flow resistance is small and the flow capacity is large. The medium retention is reduced, and the PTFE packing combination seal is added to make the valve seal without leakage.
3. The actuator and supporting can be reasonably selected according to the field use requirements, such as single acting with spring return, double acting switch type, positioner, solenoid valve, signal switch, etc.
