PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Pneumatic v-flange ball valve is a control valve with right angle high rotation structure. It is composed of high-performance pneumatic actuator and v-flange ball valve. The ball center is designed with a special V-notch. There is no clearance rotation between the ball center and the valve seat, which has good shear strength and self-cleaning performance. By matching with positioner and solenoid valve, it can realize application proportion and regulation, as well as accurate flow characteristic control. Pneumatic v-flange ball valve has a wide range of applications, especially for oil, pulp, sugar, solid particles, fiber and turbid liquid medium pipelines. It is used as the connection, cut-off and adjustment of medium.
STRUCTURAL FEATURES
1. It has excellent regulation characteristics: the pneumatic V-shaped ball valve has an approximately equal percentage natural flow characteristic and an adjustable ratio of up to 300:1. Therefore, the pneumatic V-valve can provide accurate control over a wide range of changes.
2. The opening and closing parts adopt V-shaped ball structure, which solves the problem of easy deposition of medium in the valve chamber.
3. Pneumatic V-shaped ball valve adopts double bearing structure, with high mechanical stability and small starting torque, which ensures that the valve has good sensitivity and induction speed.
4. Great reliability (safety): the valve body is a whole, firm and durable, the operation is not affected by pipeline pressure, and the leakage of the valve body can be avoided.
5. Superior sealing performance of metal valve seat: pneumatic V-shaped ball valve adopts movable metal valve seat, self-service compensation function, and has superior sealing performance and long service life.
