PRODUCT FEATURES

Pneumatic V-type wafer ball valve is composed of pneumatic actuator, solenoid valve, positioner and V-type wafer ball valve. The ball center of V-type wafer ball valve is designed with special V-shaped notch, which has good shear force and self-cleaning performance. Pneumatic V-type wafer ball valve uses compressed air as power to receive (4 ~ 20mA) industrial signal, drive the rotation of valve rod and drive the rotation of ball center (0-90 °) at any angle to complete the opening and closing of valve. Pneumatic V-type wafer ball valve is widely used in oil, viscous liquid, pulp, syrup, fiber, etc., especially in the pipeline of medium containing solid particles, as the control and proportional regulation of medium flow.

PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS

1. The ball center of the valve is designed with a special V-notch, which has good shear force and self-cleaning performance. Especially for pulp, syrup and granular media, it can be cut off and adjusted instantly.

2. The valve has accurate control degree, large flow coefficient and good sealing performance. Flow characteristics up to 300:1 adjustable ratio. It can still be well controlled within a wide range of pipeline flow.
