PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Pneumatic stainless steel fixed ball valve can be equipped with valve positioner to input control signal (4-20madc or 1-5vdc) air source to control operation. The pneumatic ball valve can also be equipped with travel limit switch, solenoid valve, triplet and 0.4-0.7mpa air source to realize switching operation, and send two pairs of passive contact signals to indicate the switching of the valve. It is widely used in automatic control systems in papermaking, petrochemical, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, environmental protection, petroleum, light industry and other industrial departments.
STRUCTURAL FEATURES
1. Small fluid resistance, ball valve is a kind of small fluid resistance in all valves. Even for reduced diameter ball valve, its fluid resistance is quite small.
2. The thrust bearing reduces the friction torque of the valve stem, which can make the long-term operation of the valve stem stable and flexible.
3. The valve seat has good sealing performance. The sealing ring made of PTFE and other elastic materials is easy to seal, and the sealing capacity of the ball valve increases with the increase of medium pressure.
4. The valve rod seal is reliable. Because the valve rod only rotates without lifting, the packing seal of the valve rod is not easy to be damaged, and the sealing capacity increases with the increase of the pressure of the medium.
5. As Teflon and other materials have good self lubrication and small friction loss with the ball, the service life of the ball valve is long.
6. The lower mounted valve rod and the convex step at the head of the valve rod prevent the valve rod from ejecting. If the valve rod seal is damaged by fire, a metal contact can be formed between the convex step and the valve body to ensure the valve rod seal.
7. Anti static function: a spring is set between the ball, valve rod and valve body to export the static electricity generated in the switching process.
