PRODUCT OVERVIEW

The national standard pneumatic floating ball valve adopts a new at / GT series pneumatic actuator, with double action and single action (spring return), and adopts rack and pinion structure transmission, with safer and more reliable performance; The large-diameter valve adopts AW series pneumatic actuator and fork structure transmission, with reasonable structure and large output torque.

The national standard pneumatic floating ball valve has a one second cut-off and closing ball valve, equipped with explosion-proof device and can be cut off by gas. It is composed of ball valve and single acting piston pneumatic actuator. It is widely used for fluid cut-off control in natural gas, oil, chemical industry, metallurgy, papermaking, electric power, mining, printing and dyeing, biopharmaceutical, daily chemical industry, food and beverage, water treatment and air treatment. It is used together with automatic pneumatic instruments.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

The national standard pneumatic floating ball valve is composed of valve body, ball, valve shaft, sealing ring packing, pressing plate and other parts. The actuator is composed of air, piston, gear type, output shaft, cylinder head, bearing, guide ring, piston bearing bush, adjusting bolt and other main parts. The actuator is connected with the valve by a connecting shaft. After the air pressure is input into the cylinder, it acts on the piston to generate a certain thrust, so that the gear output is driven by the piston, so that the gear output shaft rotates and drives the valve shaft to rotate, so as to make the ball valve ball rotate in the valve, change the flow area of the valve, and achieve the purpose of changing the medium flow through the valve.

PRODUCT FEATURES

1. The thrust bearing reduces the friction torque of the valve stem, which can make the long-term operation of the valve stem stable and flexible.

2. The valve seat has good sealing performance, and the sealing ring is made of PTFE and other elastic materials.

3. Anti static function: a spring is set between the ball, valve rod and valve body to export the static electricity generated in the switching process.

4. The sealing of the valve rod is reliable. Since the valve rod only rotates without lifting, the packing seal of the valve rod is not easy to be damaged.

5. As Teflon and other materials have good self lubrication and small friction loss with the ball, the service life of the ball valve is long.

6. It has fast cutting speed, one second cutting capacity and good sealing performance. It can be equipped with explosion-proof device and can be cut off by gas pipeline.
