PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The pneumatic cast steel floating ball valve is composed of a ball valve and a pneumatic actuator (AW series). The ball of the closing part rotates around the center line of the valve body to open and close. The seal is embedded in the valve seat, and the tail end of the metal valve seat is provided with a spring. When the sealing surface is worn or burned, the valve seat and the ball are pushed under the action of the spring to form a metal seal. It has a unique automatic pressure relief function. When the medium pressure in the valve chamber exceeds the spring preload, the valve seat at the outlet end retreats from the ball to achieve the effect of automatic pressure relief. After pressure relief, the valve seat automatically resets. It is suitable for general working media such as water, solvent, acid and natural gas, as well as media with poor working conditions, such as oxygen, hydrogen peroxide, methane and ethylene, It is widely used in various industries.
