PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Pneumatic three-way flange ball valve is a three-channel rotary ball valve, which is used for medium diversion, confluence and flow direction switching. Any pipe can be used as inlet or outlet. There are two kinds of pneumatic three-way L-type ball valve and pneumatic three-way T-type ball valve, which can meet different business process requirements. The pneumatic three-way L-shaped ball valve cuts off two of the three pipelines, and the pneumatic three-way T-shaped ball valve realizes the confluence and diversion of the three connected pipelines. The pneumatic three-way flange ball valve is matched with the electric valve positioner. The operation can be controlled by inputting 4 ~ 20mADC signal and 0.4 ~ 0.7MPa air source to realize the adjustment of pressure, flow, temperature, liquid level and other parameters. It is also equipped with travel limit switch, solenoid valve, pressure reducing valve and 0.4-0.7mpa air source to realize switching operation, and send two pairs of passive contact signals to indicate the switching of the valve. It is widely used in chemical industry, petroleum, light textile, electric power, food, pharmacy, refrigeration, aviation, aerospace, papermaking and other industrial fields.
PRODUCT FEATURES
1. The fluid resistance is small, and its resistance coefficient is equal to that of the pipe section with the same length.
2. The utility model has the advantages of simple structure, small volume and light weight.
3. It is tight and reliable. At present, plastic is widely used as the sealing surface material of ball valve, with good sealing performance. It has also been widely used in vacuum system.
4. It is easy to operate and open and close quickly. It only needs to rotate 90 ° from full open to full close, which is convenient for remote control.
5. The maintenance is convenient, the structure of the ball valve is simple, the sealing ring is generally movable, and it is convenient to disassemble and replace.
6. When fully open or fully closed, the sealing surface of the ball and valve seat is isolated from the medium. When the medium passes through, it will not cause the erosion of the sealing surface of the pneumatic three-way ball valve.
7. It has a wide range of applications, ranging from small to several millimeters and large to several meters. It can be applied from high vacuum to high pressure.
