PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Electric stainless steel floating ball valve is assembled by intelligent electric actuator and stainless steel ball valve, and adopts soft sealing structure. The flow passage of the ball valve is straight through, with small flow resistance, strong flow capacity and less medium retention. The ball center of the ball valve is stainless steel, which is smooth through fine grinding. There is no gap between the ball and the sealing surface when opening and closing, so as to ensure the tightness of the valve. By taking the (220V, 380V) power supply voltage as the drive and receiving (4-20mA) industrial signal, the valve rod is driven to drive the rotation of the ball center to achieve switching and regulation. It is mainly used in natural gas, clean water, solvent, weak acid, slightly corrosive gas, liquid and other transmission pipelines as the switch and regulation of medium flow.
PRODUCT FEATURES
1. The fluid resistance is small. The ball valve is one of the smaller fluid resistance in all valves. Even the reduced diameter ball valve has a relatively small fluid resistance.
2. The thrust bearing reduces the friction torque of the valve rod, and the valve rod can be used for long-term operation and balance flexibly.
3. The valve seat has good sealing performance. The sealing ring made of PTFE and other materials is easy to seal, and the sealing capacity of the ball valve increases with the increase of the pressure of the medium.
4. The valve rod seal is reliable. Because the valve rod only rotates without lifting, the packing seal of the valve rod is not easy to be damaged, and the sealing capacity increases with the increase of medium pressure.
5. Because the PTFE material has good self-lubricating property, the friction loss with the ball is small, and the service life of the ball valve is long.
6. The lower mounted valve rod and the convex step at the head of the valve rod prevent the valve rod from ejecting. If the valve rod seal is damaged by fire, metal contact can be formed between the convex step and the valve body to ensure the valve rod seal.
