PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The angular stroke electric actuator is an all electronic actuator that uses AC 220V single-phase AC power supply as the driving power supply, directly receives DC4 ~ 20mA, dc0 ~ 10mA or DC1 ~ 5V control signals from DCS, PLC system or regulating instrument operator to operate, and moves with angular displacement (0 ~ 90 °). The electronic control unit adopts advanced hybrid integrated circuit, which is designed into a box shape and contains complete protection functions. It can be controlled on site or remotely, and sealed with resin casting. The driving motor adopts AC reversible motor, and the feedback detection adopts high-performance conductive plastic potentiometer. It is a high reliability and economic product with 1 / 250 resolution. The actuator has almost all kinds of action transformation functions, opening signal function and manual function required by the regulation itself.
PRODUCT FEATURES
1. The actuator is designed with a servo system (without additional servo amplifier). It can work only by connecting DC4 ~ 20mA (or DC1 ~ 5V) signal and AC220V single-phase power supply. The wiring terminal is set inside, and the wiring is very simple and convenient.
2. The controller, the key component of the actuator, adopts the most advanced hybrid integrated circuit and is sealed and cast with resin. It has a box shape, small volume and high reliability.
3. The feedback detection of the driving quantity adopts a high-performance conductive plastic potentiometer with a resolution of < 0.4%.
4. It has self diagnosis function. In case of fault, the indicator light on the controller will send an indication signal immediately.
5. When the off signal can be set with the state selection switch, (the valve core is in the fully open, fully closed or self-locking state).
6. It can be set (forward and reverse action) with the state selection switch.
7. The input signal can be set to (DC4 ~ 20mA or DC1 ~ 5V) with the state selection switch.
8. It is easy to adjust the working zero point (start point) and stroke (end point).
9. In case of sudden power failure, it can ensure the self-locking of the valve core.
10. Synchronous belt drive is adopted to effectively reduce the noise.
11. Time delay protection function, state self-locking can be implemented under rated load; In case of fault, the protection can be started immediately, and the time-delay protection can be cancelled by reverse operation.
