It uses 380V / 220V / 110V AC power supply as the driving power supply and 4-20mA current signal or 0-10V DC voltage signal as the control signal to move the valve to the required position and realize its automatic control. PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS

1. Shell: hard aluminum alloy, anodized and polyester powder coated, with strong corrosion resistance, protection grades of IP67, NEMA4 and 6, and IP68 for selection.

2. Motor: totally enclosed squirrel cage motor, small volume, large torque, small inertia force, insulation grade F, built-in overheating protection switch to prevent overheating damage to the motor.

3. Manual structure: the design of the handle ensures safety, reliability, labor saving and small volume. When the power is off, pull the handle for manual operation. When manual operation is not needed, the wrench shall be placed in the wrench clamp for convenient use.

4. Indicator: mounted on the central shaft, the valve position can be observed. The lens adopts convex lens design, which does not accumulate water and is more convenient for observation.

5. Dryer: used to control the temperature, prevent moisture condensation in the actuator due to temperature and weather changes, and keep the internal electrical components dry.

6. Good sealing performance, the standard product protection grade is IP67, and the optional protection grade is IP68.

7. Limit switch: mechanical and electronic double limit. The mechanical limit screw is adjustable, safe and reliable; The electronic limit switch is controlled by the cam mechanism. The simple adjustment mechanism can set the position accurately and conveniently without being affected by the excessive hand wheel.

8. Self locking: precision worm gear mechanism can efficiently transmit large torque, high efficiency, low noise (up to 50 dB) and long service life; It has self-locking function to prevent reverse rotation. The transmission part is stable and reliable without refueling.

9. Anti falling bolt: when removing the shell, the bolt is attached to the shell and will not fall off.

10. Installation: the bottom installation size meets the international standard of ISO5211 / din3337, and the hole is double square, which is convenient for the linear or 45 ° angle installation of the valve with square rod, and has strong adaptability. It can be installed vertically or horizontally.
