PRODUCT OVERVIEW
GT series pneumatic actuator takes the air source as the driving force, drives the gear rack and other components through the piston in the cylinder, and finally converts it into the output torque to control the opening and closing of the valve; There are two functional specifications: single function and double function, which can be selected according to the actual situation of customers; It can also be preset as positive action or reaction. It is applicable to the switching and regulation of angle stroke control valves (ball valves and butterfly valves). It can also be used in other occasions requiring rotation.
PRODUCT FEATURES
1. Compact double piston gear and rack structure, accurate meshing, stable transmission and stable output torque.
2. The cylinder block is made of extruded aluminum alloy and hard anodized, with hard surface texture and strong wear resistance.
3. The same specifications are double acting and single acting (spring return).
4. The movable parts of the piston and output shaft are supported by wear-resistant materials to avoid direct contact between metal parts and reduce wear and friction.
5. The installation and connection dimensions are designed according to international ISO5211, din3337 and VDI / vde3845, and can be interchanged with ordinary pneumatic actuators.
6. The cylinder block, end cover, output shaft, spring and fasteners are subject to anti-corrosion treatment.
7. The mounting and connecting holes of the output shaft have a variety of shapes (square hole, flat hole and shaft chain hole).
8. There are normal temperature type, high temperature type and low temperature type.
9. The single acting spring is easy to install and disassemble after pre compression, and has good safety.
10. Beautiful appearance, light texture and waterproof performance.
