Straight stroke pneumatic actuator

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

ZH type straight stroke pneumatic actuator takes 0.4 ~ 0.8MPa (gauge pressure) purified compressed air as the working power to push the piston and drive the valve gate (wedge gate valve, flat gate valve, knife gate valve, stop valve, etc.) to make linear movement perpendicular to the fluid, so as to realize the purpose of regulating, opening and closing the valve. It is mainly used to drive control valves for the most demanding applications in power and oil and gas industries, such as steam turbine bypass valve stem regulating valves, desuperheaters, valves, compressors and other valves.

STRUCTURAL FEATURES

1. The integrated mounting plate eliminates the need for traditional mounting brackets, thereby reducing the number of components to be installed.

2. The manual mechanism adopts the design of worm gear and screw drive.

3. The pneumatic actuator has a lubrication system, which can provide very smooth valve control.

4. The sealing ring and guide ring ensure that even if the cylinder piston rod is subjected to the direction finding force, the metal surface of the piston and the inner wall of the cylinder barrel will not rub directly.

5. Travel limit and manual devices can be used in almost any control valve application.

6. Rugged heavy wall cast iron and cast steel construction provides better stability and corrosion resistance.
